Maybe it's a good idea to include all these ideas in a big ass update, with an improved layout (similar to this one, but made by someone with actual design skills, but I won't be able to do this, it should be done by someone from the SB community with proper/good (web)design skills)

For me it's also a bit hard to see if the topic actually has more than 1 page, but not sure if that's just me

Yea, I noticed that before, but didn't want to bother you with it if you were busy.

Maybe you should put page numbers and links next to the topic title out in the forum, so people can see how many pages there are before they enter the thread, or they could quicklink to the last page, like they have at some of the other furms I know of.

Personally, I love it. It's unique and good looking. Only crits is that the text is abit annoying for some reason, And that text which tells the section and stuff could use a little work.

Well, the SB design is a little different to other forums. Typically, forums have a large banner, big buttons, flashy things like little pictures next to every category, and a lot of useless stuff. I like this design because as soon as you click on a topic, you get to the post. You don't have to scroll past a huge banner and lots of useless little things which you'll never use to get to it. Also nothing really gets in the way of the post format (stupid things like Subscribe topic, Bookmark topic, Print view, E-mail friend etc.), it's just there on the page, so it stands out and you can design a post as if you were making a web page. It's very economical and easy to use.
Unfortunately, people are used to having everything big and flashy like the Newgrounds frontpage design. The only problem is that for a new user, the frontpage, portal, and forum might seem a little conglomerate and busy. Sometimes even a little hard to navigate. It takes a while to get used to.
So yeah, to appeal to the general public, everything might need to be a little bigger and stand out a little more. Just space things out a little.

I know it's a bit plain and all, and we should have a 'logo' in the header which is now just text
And yeah I tried to use as much space as possible for the content and not for the design

Although I'm looking for someone to redesign this current design, so I can add a few more things which would allow me to create more overview over the site and have things more structured.
But yeah as I said I haven't really found someone yet still looking :P
(I'm not so sure if there are a lot web designers in the community here)
