Why are they striked out? Are they accomplished or scrapped? I like those changes

I don't know for sure what I did (it has been a while ago)

It's either
You can only edit the latest post (if it's yours)
You cannot delete your own topics or posts.

Or
You can delete/edit your post if there are no replies (same holds for topic)

But I think I make it like the first one.

Main reason for this is to prevent people from deleting there content afterwards or to have topics that are not in sync anymore.
You can edit your post however if it's the latest post, or if you're the topic starter and it's the first post.
However right now it's not possible to delete your own posts/topics, you should PM an mod to do that for you =] (in case you want this please also specify a reason why you want your topic to be removed)
