Welcome to Fileize, the dedicated file uploader that makes file storage a breeze. Fileize has been rebranded from PulseShift after someone stole the domain back in September, and quite frankly, I think this is a much better name. Because Fileize is the same as Pulseshift, all accounts and files from Pulseshift are still intact.

What Fileize Offers

Fileize offers you a unique way to store your files online. Rather than being uploaded and getting lost in the void of the internet like on most other uploaders, when you're registered, your files are remembered and listed for you on the main page. This is a great way to backup files or make a portfolio for yourself. You can also change file names by click on the name, delete what you don't want, and even restore files you accidentally deleted.

We offer the ability to host a variety of file types as well. As of this post, we allow:
-Flash Files (Swf | Fla)
-Image Files (Png | Jpg | Gif | Bmp)
-Zip Archives (Zip)
-Text Files (Txt)
-Photoshop Files (Psd)
-Music Files (Mp3)

On top of this, we have an extensive search engine that allows you to search by title or author, and even filter by file types. Looking for work that involves a particular user? Search for their name and see what he's been doing! Want to take a look at JUST their images? Search for only images! Check out the full details at the FAQ page.

If you're a little anxious about who's seeing your files, don't be. Fileize has a private uploading feature as well, so that it will never be listed in the search engine. This, coupled with complex randomized urls generated for every file, you can rest assured your file cannot be stumbled upon (unless you're careless with the link to it, that's up to you to handle).

Upcoming Features

Currently Fileize is in a Beta stage, as it has been from when it was Pulseshift. This means a lot of features are not yet available. Currently planned are:

- Ability to change password. Completed
- Ability to set Private/Commentable after upload.
- Ability to comment on uploads.
- Some form of profile page.
- Possibly more sorting and organizing features, like folders/etc.

Thats a great website Jeff! I like the functionality and ease of use you have given it. Its not the best design I have ever seen, but I seems to fit the purpose very well.

The moment i saw that it's from Jeff, i knew it's gonna be epic!

It has reached almost all of my expectations since it supports fla. and zip. I wonder if we can affliate with SB.

Anyway, i'm only bothered by the name. Fileize? For a second, i thought it'll sounded like Filesize.

Though I'm having some problems logging in. Whatever I do, it won't accept any password (not even if I reset it), and making a new 'login' won't work, since the user is already in use.
Mind looking into that for me?

You already have an account, under an old email with 666 in it (I don't want to say the full email, just in case). Try resetting the password using the lost password page here.

You will get an email with a new password in it, try to log in with it and let me know what happens.

Erm...sorry, even though i haven't tried it, what's the maximum file load that can be uploaded?

png, gif, jpg, bmp, mp3 - 5 MB
zip, psd, txt, swf - 10 MB
fla - 20 MB

These can all be individually subject to change whenever necessary.

I saw the name Jeff, and thought it must be awesome, I clicked the link and came instantly. Loving the stylishness and professionalism of everything. Looks like this is gonna be a big thing, I'll make sure to use this more often (Alongside the SB uploader aswell - dont hurt me supperbas)

Hmmm...the maximum file upload for zip. and fla. are too small, especially during collabs or uploading sound packs. Anyway, to increase the file upload to like 100mb?

Sorry, but I refuse to increase upload sizes to that much on the grounds that I don't have enough space to hold files that big. Zip files are only there because I figured if someone needed to get a small file that wasn't on the list to someone, they could simply zip it and upload it.

FLA files I will increase to 50 MB, just because I agree that the files can get really big, if I get a lot of requests for it to be increased more, then I will do so.

50 mB sounds more than enough, in my opinion.
