After some debate we eventually decided that the introduction forum will be 'locked' this means that no one can reply anymore to those topics (of course crew is still allowed to post, just like in other forums)

If the crew will still welcome new members, that might be a point of discussion but I hope to have informed you enough by this announcement!

Hmmmm...can we recommend new comers to post their anims in the animation section instead of the introduction section.

I know it's tempting and some users feel eager to post whatever they have but it's spoiling all the fun. I just feel that they should post their anims, in the rightful places. If the user insists on posting his/her anims, well..we can't force them now, can we?

Well the introduction forum, is basically for the user to tell us who he is.
Considering most people will be animators, it's quite likely they will link to a few of their anims.

I don't think this is a big deal though, we also strongly encourage them to post their anims in the animation section of the site. but it's their choice to do so or not.

Personally I think it's good now the way it is, we want to give the users a certain 'freedom' don't want to force them to do everything in a certain way, users should feel free =]

Yeah we listen to our community :D

Although we make the final decisions of course it's good to have a contributing community because that's basically what either makes the site fail or succeed!
